Situated in an affluent part of the ever popular family resort of Coral Bay and just a (5 minute walk to the main street), Villa Anna Marina is a private paradise surrounded by stunning green banana plantations, affording beautiful views of the glistening (turquoise) Mediterranean Sea.
Anna Marina is a charming Cypriot designed villa, characterised by Palm Trees, stone balustrades and wooden pergolas in a peaceful location that is easily reached from amenities in Coral Bay. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy (and flat) walking distance. The large Philippos Supermarket is just 250m away.
Coral Bay Beach is only 1km from Villa Anna Marina if you fancy indulging in some water sports such as jet ski-ing and paragliding or taking a spectators spot in one of the beach cafes with a cold beer, The main strip is just under 500m away (to its heart).
Accessed from a long gated driveway, the two storey villa has a real sense of space and seclusion and is fully furnished in an elegant style with all modern conveniences.
The villa has fully functional A/C throughout the entire house and bedrooms. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, (3 en-suites & a shower room ), sleeping 8 (one or two infants extra would be permitted).
The very spacious & beautifully decorated ground floor area features large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room with a dining table seating 8 and situated next to French doors leading to the outside pool area.

Fully Equipped Kitchen has Medlo dishwasher, LG Fridge/Freezer, Whirlpool oven & hob, extractor fan & washing machine, Electronic microwave
The Downstairs bedroom has a King-Sized Bed.,There is a shower room just outside this room which will be cloakroom for the guests to use when in living area.
First Floor
Master bedroom first door straight ahead at top of stair, bed is King-Sized. Bath with overhead shower in en-suite
Twin Room 1 to the right at top of stairs...facing toward the hill & main road, 2 x twin beds 43in x 77in shower in en-suite

A long Private gated driveway leads to the entrance.
The centrepiece of the private grounds is the 9m x 4m Private Swimming Pool with Roman Steps.
To the left of the villa there is a large outdoor dining area and large corner sofa set sheltered by the beautiful, wooden gazebo. In the same secluded area you will find the large authentic stone BBQ to assist with alfresco dining. A Table Tennis Table is provided for your entertainment.
A hammock encapsulates the relaxing atmosphere. A truly beautiful spot for taking in the sunset as it glistens through the palm trees.
Air-Conditioning included in rental price in bedrooms. Living Area paid locally if required at 30 euros per day in 2024 and 40 euros per day in 2025 (2 units included for the fee)

''The villa was good, spacious and well appointed. The rear twin bedroom (shared balcony) would have benefited from a dressing table and bedside table with lamp, fine for children but not great for adult guests
Location was great, convenient for the supermarket and restaurants. Close enough to Paphos town and harbour
Local restaurants we used were all good. Stand out ones that we visited twice during our trip were Andrea Steakhouse, Porte Antico and Phil’s who enabled us to watch the England v Ireland match whilst we were eating. All very pleased to welcome us back. We took a trip to Pissouri, had a lovely lunch at Kastro on Pissouri Bay. Paphos Harbour nice to visit
We were very happy with the service LetsRentOnline provided both after booking and during the holiday. Local property manager was responsive to our needs which were minor issues only
We intend to visit this area again next year as we find it very relaxing

''We had a lovely week in Cyprus with an amazing trip to the blue lagoon. Every evening we dined in a different restaurant. There was only 1 that did not quite meet our expectations. The others were fabulous. These were.. Andria Steak House, Dolce Vita, Seriani and El Fuego. Amazing service, friendly staff, delicious food & drinks.
We used your recommended taxi service to take us into Pathos harbour one evening for dinner in a beautiful restaurant right by the water. The taxi was 35 euros there & 35 back. Excellent communication with the drivers. We much prefer taxi’s to bus’s.
The villa.. just wow! So spacious and well equipped. Our favourite spot was in the outside seating area. The pool area was beautiful at night. The views stunning from the balconies. We did not realise all the bedrooms had one which was a nice surprise. The sun warmed the pool so it was not too cold like we’ve experienced in other villas. We printed off the pool rules and left them inside the brochure on the table for other guests to read. We kept the villa immaculate & clean. The location was nice & quiet. The supermarket sold everything we needed and more. We found the locals very friendly & helpful. All communication with your team was excellent.

''The accommodation was clean and well equipped (as expected). Spacious and pool and patio area was lovely, allowing us to keep an eye on the children, who spent most of the day in the pool. Fantastic view towards the sea.
We chose the location as it was remote, but as we know the area, it was a quick walk to the main strip of bars and restaurants and the large supermarket was even nearer (that offer free delivery). Japanese restaurant do an entertaining show whilst cooking, Seriani and Palm Grove Restaurants serve excellent value for money food. We only had one trip this time, which was Paphos Zoo.
Very satisfied, as always with your service. Its why we are returning clients. Owner actually popped in to say hello and ask if everything was OK''

''The villa was fantastic. It was very clean and one of the best equipped we have stayed in. We loved the outside area, especially the undercover seating and of course the pool.
Location was excellent! It was only a short walk to the restaurants and the beach as well as the supermarket. The only slight issue is the lack of paths to get there.
We loved the beach, and we did paragliding at the beach. We also went to the local go karting which was great fun. We love paphos zoo and spent a long time here. We also enjoyed Adonis baths as well as paphos waterpark. We were very impressed with the restaurants and loved the Indian and Chinese restaurant, sorry can't remember the name.
Couldn't fault your service at all. Only briefly saw the owner but community with yourselves was excellent ''
This charming villa is situated within 800 metres of Peyia Village where you will find three supermarkets, banks, baker, wet fish shop and many bars/restaurants offering good local food at reasonable prices. Coral Bay the best sandy beach in Western Cyprus, is within five minutes' drive. The whole region has breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea and spectacular sunsets.
Paphos is within a 15 minute drive. Here you can visit the harbour area with its many bars and restaurants and watch the world go by. The cultural centre of Paphos is the Tomb of the Kings where you will UNESCO World Heritage Site, there are also wonderful mosaics at Paphos harbour.
The Akamas National Park is a beautiful unspoilt area and is within a 10 minute drive of Villa Hadi. You can travel down to Lara Beach in a car or explore the area in a 4x4, quad bike or bicycle. Designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty it is also the perfect place for walking and hiking throughout the year. Lara Beach is a famous turtle reserve focussed on protecting the endangered Green and Loggerhead turtles that breed on the Island of Cyprus. It really is a a
wonderful place to explore.
Horse riding, Paphos Zoo and beaches are within a five minute drive.
Supermarkets, local shops, bank, medical centre, bars and restaurants within a five minute drive.
Four championship golf courses within a 40 minute drive (Elea, Minthis Hill, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills).
Latchi - is a wonderful place to visit; drive through the hills and vineyards behind Peyia until you drop down to the beautiful Bay of Aphrodite with stunning views over the the hills and Mediterranean. Here you will find a picturesque harbour next to a number of good fish restaurants. You can also take a boat trip or try some watersports at Latchi!
Restaurants - there are many good restaurants in the area. Taverns at Kathikas are particularly recommended.
Wineries - there are a number of wineries you can visit in the Paphos region.
Watesports - are available at Latchi and Coral Bay.
