Guests must be aware that there is a building site in progress next to the Cliff Edge building which will cause noise and some disturbance during the working hours of 8.00am to 4.00pm daily, except weekends.

1 Cliff Edge is a spacious studio dog friendly apartment that offers self-catering holiday accommodation on the ground floor of the contemporary and luxurious Cliff Edge development overlooking Tolcarne Beach in Newquay on the North Cornwall coastline.
Guests can book the apartment as a couple or, as a couple with a young child using the sofa-bed in the lounge area (not suitable for teenagers or adults) or an infant in a cot. Bring the family dog and be on Tolcarne Beach within minutes or take advantage of the amenities the town has to offer.

FACILITIES
1 Cliff Edge has an outside balcony, secure parking with a designated parking bay, a communal wash down and storage facility for wetsuits and surfboards. An electric car charging point has been installed for guest use at the entrance to the designated car bay.
On Tolcarne beach you can relax at The Colonial, which offers stunning views with spectacular food and drinks. At the bottom of the road, from the Cliff Edge development, guests can enjoy the Trenance Boating Lake and gardens with Trenance riding stables, Waterworld, Newquay Zoo and the Heron tennis centre.
LOCATION
Situated on the East Edge of Newquay above Tolcarne beach guests can either enjoy the sun and surf or stroll into the town centre to experience the cafes, restaurants and shops on offer. Alternatively, take the car and head out of Newquay to explore the rest of Cornwall.
KITCHEN
A stylish kitchen inspired by the classic whitewashed Cycladic interior style typical of the Mediterranean, with a built in Neff microwave and oven, a four-ring induction hob, wine cooler, fridge freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar with sociable bar-stool seating.
LOUNGE
After a long day on the beach or exploring the South West Coast Path, turn on the 42” Smart TV, sit down with a glass of wine and watch your favourite Netflix box set. There is a coffee table, blanket basket, sofa for two guests which doubles up as a bed for one child or one teenager, extra seating and patio doors that open out onto the balcony with patio furniture.
BEDROOM
Relax in the Superking size bed, in a wonderful atmosphere lit by under-bed LED lighting, alongside bedside tables and lamps, mirror, chest of drawers, wardrobes and a wall mounted 32” Smart TV.
BATHROOM
Guests can access the Jack and Jill bathroom from the lounge diner or, from the bedroom with a walk-in shower, wc, wash hand basin and heated towel rail, shelf and mirror.
UTILITY ROOM
Separate washer dryer, iron/ironing board, hoover and storage area.
FACILITIES
Underfloor heating, outside terrace, WiFi, washdown facility for wetsuits and surfboards, an electric car charging point has been installed at the entrance to the designated parking bay. Dog friendly.
PARKING
Gated entrance to Cliff Edge with secure parking and a designated car space with an electric car charging point.
DOGS
