The elegantly furnished, light-flooded 2-room apartment is located on the top floor of a modern residential and commercial building. With the large roof terrace, it takes up around half of the floor. There is a fully stocked Rewe supermarket on the ground floor. Here you will find everything for your individual enjoyment needs, from a sushi counter, a fresh produce counter, a regional organic product range and a cozy bakery café. On the two floors above, rented apartments with arcades are lined up around a shared inner courtyard. Access to your penthouse apartment on the second floor can also be reached from the underground car park via an elevator. The Apartment
In this luxurious, fully furnished apartment, comfort and exclusivity run like a common thread through the total 120 square meters of living space and on to the 300 square meter roof terrace. The large window fronts in the living and kitchen areas and from the terrace offer fantastic views of the green hills of wine region Bergstrasse and the Alsbach Castle.
In the entrance area of the luxury apartment there is an anteroom with a cloakroom and a separate guest toilet with storage space, washing and drying machine. From there, our guests enter the adjacent living area - the heart of the apartment between the open, fully equipped kitchen with a small bar area and the spacious roof terrace. The living area has a large, stylish dining table for eight people and a cozy feel-good corner with a living/sleeping couch and 75" flat-screen SmartTV. The light-flooded bedroom with elegant Doussie parquet, air conditioning, a cozy 180 cm box spring bed and direct access to the protected wellness area on the terrace is accessed through a tasteful and spacious dressing and hairdressing area. From there you also enter the elegant marble shower bathroom with wellness shower and useful bathroom accessories.
The private, south-facing terrace, partially covered with awnings and not visible, is divided into different feel-good zones. This includes a sociable lounge area, which is adjoined by a high-quality outdoor kitchen including a Weber grill and outdoor bar as well as a cozy dining area for up to 12 people. The privacy-protected wellness area has a jacuzzi, comfortable seating and relaxation loungers, a sauna with a full-surface glass front for a fantastic view and an outdoor shower to cool off.
The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and, with the exception of the bedroom, high-quality Italian marble floors. The kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, 55'' flat-screen TV, Nespresso machine and an assortment of coffee at reception.
