Cafés, restaurants, shopping facilities and the concert church are just a few steps away, and the cultural park and Lake Tollensesee can be reached in around 15-20 minutes on foot.
Last renovated in 2018, the approx. 55 square metre non-smoking flat with separate entrance is tastefully furnished and extends over two levels. On the first floor there is a large living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio, CD player, small balcony) with open-plan kitchen (dining area, electric hob with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances, washing machine), the bathroom (bathtub, WC, hairdryer) and a hallway.
