The views are absolutely mind-blowing, and we have a heated pool for you to enjoy. It's perfect for big groups, with stylish living spaces and a super relaxing shared pool area. Oh, and don't forget to check out the nearby attractions like the incredible El Yunque National Forest.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Respect Quiet Hours: We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone in the neighborhood.
No Parties or Events: Our house is in a residential area, and we ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events that could disturb our neighbors.
AC Usage: Please turn off the air conditioning units when you are not inside the house and upon check-out. This helps conserve energy and ensures a sustainable approach.
Water Backup: Our property has a water backup system powered by electricity. In the event of a power outage, the water backup may also be affected. We appreciate your understanding during such situations.
