This luxury Lake Maggiore villa is truly stunning. This 3 bedroom luxury villa in Italy boasts a private heated swimming pool and gymnasium. This luxury Lake Maggiore villa also enjoys phenomenal lake views. The villa is furnished throughout with designer pieces making it a really unique holiday rental for that 'extra special' holiday.
This luxury Lake Maggiore villa was completely renovated in 2017 when it was furnished to an extremely high standard in a modern, contemporary style. The house is set over two levels and enjoys spectacular 180 degree views of Lake Maggiore.
On the ground floor of this luxury Lake Maggiore villa, there is a good sized master bedroom suite which boasts a separate living area and large double bed, ideally positioned to make the most of the spectacular views. This room is equipped with air conditioning. There is an adjacent bathroom with large walk in shower, bidet, sink and toilet. Doors lead from this master bedroom to a terrace and a lawned garden area, equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture.
On the first floor of this luxury Lake Maggiore villa, there are two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom with both bath tub and separate shower. These bedrooms don't have A/C but are both equipped with fans. All the windows in these rooms are also equipped with grills and insect nets so if the weather is warm, guests can keep the windows open to ensure that a lovely breeze can come into the room to keep it cool.
Also on this floor is a contemporary kitchen and spacious open plan living and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with 6 ring gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge and freezer. The adjacent living area has floor to ceiling glass allowing guests to make the most of the fantastic lake views. A hanging chair and chaise longue provide comfortable seating and there are also more traditional sofas. Doors lead out from here to a wooden terrace area at the front of the house.
A separate dependence adjacent to the main villa houses a private gym, bathroom and open plan living, dining and kitchen area, ideal for when you are lounging by the poolside in the Summer months as doors lead directly from this room to the poolside terrace.
The location of this luxury Lake Maggiore villa is quiet and peaceful and truly idyllic. Outside, the grounds are immaculately kept. A private heated pool enjoys a large adjacent terrace area equipped with both loungers and formal seating, ideal for al fresco dining. Pathways lead down from the terrace of this luxury villa in Italy to the terraced gardens below. These are mostly laid with lawns and planted with mature trees, vines and shrubs. The pool is open from 1 May to 1 October each year.
There is plenty of space for 2 cars within the gated driveway and a turning circle allows for easy entry and exit. Please note that a raised edge at the entrance to the driveway can make access difficult for those in low vehicles or sports cars.

This luxury Lake Maggiore villa is located in a quiet, upmarket residential area on the hillside above Lake Maggiore. Suna is a small but charming lakeside town boasting a number of small shops and restaurants. It is possible to walk to the town in about 20 minutes. Please note that there isn't a boat stop in Suna so guests will need a car in order to get out and about during their stay. Alternatively, 10 minutes further on foot, guests will reach Pallanza where there is a boat stop as well as a number of additional restaurants and shops.
The area surrounding this luxury Lake Maggiore villa is absolutely beautiful and the property provides a perfect base to visit towns such as Arona, Pallanza and Stresa. It's also a great base to visit the Borromean Islands. Isola Bella is beautiful and it's worth a trip to see its beautiful gardens and palace as well as the famous white peacocks. It is possible to walk down to Suna through the garden. The walk takes approximately 20 minutes. Once there you can access public transportation. However, we would strongly advise that guests hire a car during their stay.
This is luxury accommodation at its best. This luxury Lake Maggiore villa has been furnished not as a holiday rental but as a true 'second home' which the owners use regularly. We love the incredible 180 degree views as well as the stylish decor. We also love the pathway that leads through the garden to the lakeside. Please note that this villa is unsuitable for any children under 12 years old.
