It offers a private pool and accommodation for 6 guests.This house features an absolutely beautiful and lively exterior which includes a wonderful salt water pool that sizes 7 x 3.5 metres with a depth that goes from 0.9 to 1.7 metres that is surrounded by the astroturf. It invites to lie down basking in the sun on a simple towel or on one of the 6 sun loungers. Afterwards, just imagine the delicious barbecue you can cook! And then, in the evening, when the breeze turns colder, the space under the porch becomes the perfect corner to sit on the sofa and enjoy a glass of wine or a coffee while reading an interesting book.The accommodation, offering central heating as well as air-conditioning- features large and modern spaces with a mixture of colours that highlights the joy and character of the house. When you enter, you find a great living - dining area with satellite TV and a comfortable sofa. In the kitchen you will find all the kitchenware you need to cook as if you were at home, including a ceramic top. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is bathroom with a shower for the main floor where you will also find a bedroom with a bed, a closet and direct exit to the garden. Going upstairs you find three more bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the last one with a single bed. Two of them have access to the terrace and one also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. 2 cots and 2 high chairs also are available.Tolleric is coastal urbanisation belonging to the municipality of Llucmajor. It is close to the great area of Badia Gran and Badia Blava, with dreamy beaches and coves. You will find all services at hand like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a golf course (4.7 km away) and all kinds of shops. The nearest beach is the paradisaical cove of Cala Blava, with turquoise waters. You cannot leave without visiting the capital, Palma de Mallorca, with its crowded streets full of shops and the amazing cathedral of La Seu.Note: We cannot accept guests under 29 years unless you are a family.
