The next floor up offers a large living room with comfortable sofas, flat-screen TV and a table in the bay window that is perfect for catching up on work or watching the world go by. The room is bathed in natural light and features tasteful decor, creating a warm atmosphere for your stay.
Also on this floor you’ll find two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a double bed, along with storage space for your belongings.

On the third floor, there is a large roof terrace with a spectacular view of the London

There is lots to explore in West Hampstead itself, including a pretty park right at the end of the road, with an excellent coffee shop just opposite. There are several very good cafes and restaurants, including Japanese, Indian, Persian and Vietnamese, all within a short walk from the apartment, and a variety of interesting shops. The nearest supermarket is just 5 minutes’ walk away.
West Hampstead is an exceptionally well-connected location, with bus, underground and overground transport services into central London. Hampstead Village is close by, with its tree-lined streets, high-end shops and restaurants, and beautiful Hampstead Heath, the perfect place for a walk in nature.
West Hampstead Tube Station is just a 10-minute walk away, providing direct access to the Jubilee Line. From here, it's a quick 15-minute ride to the heart of London, including bustling Oxford Circus and iconic Westminster, home of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
Additionally, the flat is also close to West Hampstead Overground Station, connecting you to areas such as Richmond and Stratford. If you're planning a day trip out of the city, the West Hampstead Thameslink station is also nearby, offering direct train services to popular destinations such as Brighton and Gatwick Airport.

In the top floor bathroom, the toilet works on a macerator and can get clogged with over-use, so guests should take care. Nothing other than toilet paper should be used.
• The property is suitable only for children 6 years old and above.
•In the sitting room, one of the window blinds (far left) should be left in the raised position.
•The gas fire in the sitting room is not available for use (the central heating keeps the flat nicely warm).
•There is no mailing service available at this listing.
• As a courtesy, please remove your shoes when indoors to protect the carpets.
•This flat is in a quiet residential area — please respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum. |
•Parking is free on weekends, but there is a parking restriction from 10:00-12:00 on weekdays.
•In consideration of the owner's religious beliefs, we kindly request that no pork products be brought into the property.
•The roof terrace with its spectacular view of the London skyline is accessed through the office on the third floor. This room is for access only, and is otherwise not for guest use.
•A £500 refundable deposit is required for this property, alternatively, a £45 non-refundable deposit waiver can be opted for. The deposit is refunded within 14 working days after check-out. You will be contacted by Superhog, our deposit handling entity, who will request your valid ID for verification purposes. Please note, this is required to confirm your booking.
