For parking, please do not park in or block the driveway. Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Feel free to park in any available spot along the street but be sure not to block any driveways to respect our neighbors. Make sure to carefully read all street signs to be aware of street cleaning schedules and parking regulations to avoid tickets. Please note that 4-hour parking and permit parking signs are no longer enforced in Jersey City UNLESS it’s during street cleaning times. Please look at the street cleaning times and move cars accordingly.

• Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or unauthorized filming/photoshoots – minimum $1,000 fine
• Hosting private chef dinners or experiences without prior approval
• Mail or package deliveries to the property
• Moving or rearranging furniture
• Unplugging key electronics/devices
• Bag drop-offs or storage prior to check-in
• Pets – $500 penalty per pet, per night + additional cleaning fees
• Leaving any food or beverages in the fridge upon checkout
• Noise complaints or disturbing neighbors
• Blocking neighbors’ driveways
• Use of high-energy-consuming devices (crypto mining, industrial equipment, etc.) – Excess utility usage will be billed
• Loud music or noise after 9:00 PM
Guest Policy
Only the guests listed on the reservation (maximum of 9) are permitted on the property. This is strictly enforced for insurance and safety reasons.
Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a $200 per person, per night penalty.
The reservation must be made by someone 25 years or older, who will be physically present during the stay.
Third-party bookings are not allowed and may be canceled without refund per VRBO policy.
