Welcome to this homely villa on two floors with an open floor plan and large generous balcony areas in both morning and evening sun as well as a glazed conservatory. Here there are several lovely places for the whole family to hang out, add to that the area is in a quiet and pleasant area with nature right in the middle of the knot and you have all the conditions for a relaxing and wonderful holiday. From here you also have walking distance and cycle paths to nice bathing spots and the summer town's city with all that that entails, such as market stalls, shopping, restaurants, boating, music and much more. In the area there is both a football field and a playground. From the area's common parking lot, you reach the entrance floor via one of the villa's balconies. Once inside you are greeted by a welcoming open floor plan. Open well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, dining area with kitchen furniture and high chair, living room with TV and a comfortable sofa group, wc, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a double extra bed (180 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (80 x 200 cm), a TV corner with sofa, bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. From the living room you reach the back of the villa with a nicely furnished glazed conservatory, patio area with patio furniture and gas grill, a wood-burning hot tub with associated outdoor shower and trampoline. Here, the family has a lovely common place for all kinds of activities and good conversation over a good piece of food. On the entrance side there is another terrace area with summer furniture, here you meet the morning sun while enjoying a good breakfast. The villa has a fiber connection. Lysekil, which is popularly known as "The City by the Sea", is located at the far end of the sea belt. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives us on hikes on nature reserves and paths with fine smooth red granite rocks that are unique in Bohuslän.
