This stunning modern studio provides all the pleasures, perks and amenities of a high-end hotel, including a state-of-the-art fitness center with multiple private Peloton studios, Yoga studio, Dog park, and a Rooftop pool with awesome skyline views.
This studio was lovingly designed by local Austin designer and features custom local and International artwork and lighting.
The modern, fully-equipped kitchen includes new Bosch full-size refrigerator, freezer and appliances, high-end glassware, and dishes, as well as pool-side drinkware to enjoy while lounging at the rooftop pool.
This studio can easily accommodate four adults with 1 bed and a pull-out sleeper sofa, both with cloud-like queen mattresses and room-darkening shades for the ultimate sleep experience. The condo has one large bathroom with floor-to-ceiling terrazzo tile and beautiful teak shower stool, bath mat, and accessories.
Head to the penthouse floor rooftop pool for a swim and relax under shaded cabanas or outdoor lounge seating and take in the breathtaking views of the Austin skyline.
Amenities: Exclusive to Natiivo guests you’ll have a beautiful rooftop pool with awesome skyline views, as well as a large two-sided outdoor fireplace perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or cocktail while viewing the gorgeous sunset.
Located on the 10th floor is a state-of-the-art 1,500sf fitness center including private Peloton bike studios, a yoga studio, an outdoor workout area and a huge outdoor terrace, garden and a dog park. There's also a clubroom with a ping pong table, event space, and a fully-equipped chef’s kitchen and bar for large groups.
Ground floor has a newly opened bar/café serving local coffee, pastries, lite bites, and cocktails. Co-working space, bike storage, pet washing station, and premier valet service.
We love our pets and they deserve a vacation, too. Your pets are welcome, we provide (modern, of course) food and water bowls, a pet washing station on the ground floor, and an outdoor dog park and run (on the 10th floor rooftop). We just ask that you clean up well after your fur-baby, and should any accidents happen, please let us know so we can address them properly. Pets are hosted at a $65 flat fee per pet.
PARKING NOTES: There is parking available for a fee.
➢ Valet parking at the building for $20/day or $40/overnight with in and out privileges. City street parking is also available at the posted rate.
➢ You will need to pull up to the front door if you are using rideshare and unload your luggage on a cart.
➢ If you are driving your personal vehicle, please pull up to the Valet sign in front of the garage entrance and park. There you will be greeted by the valet. They will park your vehicle after you have unloaded your luggage.
