The Space:
Here you will enjoy all the amenities of home, such as a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning throughout the apartment, Smart TV for your viewing pleasure, and two comfortable queen-sized beds with premium bedding.
Just off of the living space is a balcony where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. As you can see in the pictures, the balcony fence is wide. If you bring kids, they should always be supervised on this area.
This building also has lovely greenery to provide a peaceful surrounding where you can enjoy a quick dip in the pool or enjoy the sun's warmth while lounging on one of the sunbeds.

Playa del Carmen is well-known for its miles of beach front with its soft white sand, its many fresh water cenotes, and for the world-class scuba diving and snorkeling along the second longest barrier reef.
It is also close to other fabulous tourists sites, including the island of Cozumel, the great beaches of Isla Mujeres, the hustle and bustle of Cancún, the quieter, laid-back Puerto Morelos, the tortoises' protected ecosystem of Akumal, and the Mayan ruins and jungles of Tulum. There is something for everyone here along the beautiful Riviera Mayan coastline.

This condo is located in the central area of downtown Playa del Carmen within walking distance of the 1.5 mile long famous Fifth Avenue filled with internationally recognized stores, lots of local flavor, quaint cafes, lots and lots of restaurants, and the sounds of salsa music from the local clubs.
Other Things to Note:
● Your payment is managed by the platform, we do not get the payout until your reservations starts. Any doubts regarding payment please reach the platform.
● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**
● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.
●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.
● Please follow the complex rules.
● Note that the ceiling fan of the living room is out of service. The AC unit can cool the whole area.
