This is an amazing two-level single family home that sits on 0.5 acres of land and has an open floor plan concept. With 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The home features laminate flooring throughout with the exception of the bedrooms upstairs which are carpeted for your comfort. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. There are a total of 4 flat screen TV’s located in this home, 2 in the bedrooms, 1 in the family room, and 1 in the basement. The basement includes a large billiard table and exercise bike. High speed internet (500 Mbps) is included in your stay for all of your business and personal needs. The kitchen is fully stocked to ensure you have everything needed to cook almost all of your favorite home made meals. There is a fully equipped laundry room with items such as laundry detergent, an ironing board, and multiple irons available for your use. We provide paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap to last about 3-5 days. There is also plenty of storage areas and closets throughout the house for your convenience.
If you’re visiting in the summer, the outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, featuring a large pool (20x40) that sits on half an acre of land and ranges from 3.5-8 feet in depth. The pool will open as of May 9th and close on Labor Day weekend. The pool hours will be 7AM-8PM.
The driveway holds up to 4 cars - any additional cars can park on the street.
**COVID-19 professionally cleaned and sanitized after every guest. Our cleaners follow the strict standards and guidelines provided by the World Health Organization.

All guests will be able to access the entire home.
The landscaper will come a few times a month to mow the lawn. They will not need access to the interior of the home and should not be of any disturbance to the guests.
***Please be advised that we do have strict pool hours from 7AM-8AM.
- The fireplace is not for use. Any damages resulting from the use of the fireplace will be the responsibility of the guest.
- No shoes allowed on carpet or rugs. Any major stains found can result in fees up to $150.00.
- Pets allowed with a pet fee of $250 and please ask management.
- Absolutely no smoking indoors - $500
smoking fee.
- You must provide an accurate guest count.
- Suitable for children (2-12 years)
- No parties or events - undisclosed guests warrants immediate eviction and additional fees.
- Quiet hours is after 10pm.
- Lock and secure the property when going out.
-Use the supplied candles wisely - put out flames when going out and before bed time.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Please treat this home as if it were yours and leave the property as you found it. This home is for not events, conferences or groups that want to entertain large parties. We welcome quiet couples or families. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken care of, there will be an extra fee of up to $250.00.
- Late Checkout: Unauthorized late check outs will result in additional fees, depending on the time of checkout. We clearly communicate our 10am checkout, and our cleaners' schedule cannot be changed without penalty to us. If you fail to check out by 10am, unless otherwise agreed, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property.
Staying past agreed checkout time is considered trespassing.
- Privacy and Safety: This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property and the garage space. We use these cameras to monitor during check in to verify accurate guest count, and review footage if there is an incident.The cameras are only placed outside and in the garage space.
- This property is equipped with a smart fire alarm and carbon monoxide detector. Any detection of smoke will alert management by text message.Please check to make sure stove top and oven are turned off before going out and bed time.
- Amenity Stock and Restock: We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish.
