Located on the Avenida de la Constitución on a 5th floor, this spacious flat for 2 people has it all: space, light and the best views of the Cathedral of Seville.
The flat has a small entrance hall with the kitchen on the left and the living room opposite. As soon as you enter you can see the magnificent Cathedral through the two large doors that open onto a long terrace. The living room is equipped with a 4 seater sofa and dining table for 4. The Smart TV is discreetly placed on the wall. The terrace has sun most of the day and is equipped with a small table and two chairs, ideal for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening watching the hustle and bustle around the cathedral.
From the living room you can access the bedroom, also exterior and with a large window to access the terrace. From the bed you can see the magnificent dome of the Baptismal door. The bedroom also has 2 large wardrobes, ideal for long stays. The bathroom with shower is en-suite. The bathroom has a hairdryer and we provide gel, shampoo, conditioner and body milk for our guests.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for your stay with us.
The location couldn't be better, right next to the cathedral and no more and no less, situated above the Avenida de la Constitución, a pedestrian street where only the tram, bicycles and pedestrians pass. It is one of the most popular and busiest streets in Seville. Stop at each of the doors of the Cathedral to see its exceptional handcrafted decoration: Puerta de San Miguel, Puerta de la Asunción and Puerta del Bautismo.
Excellent area also to try some of the best Restaurants in Seville and an excellent apartment to spend a few days, weeks or even months in this beautiful city.
The parking is located underneath the building with lift to the entrance (with porter) and with direct access to the 5th floor.PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR SMALL CARS AS IT HAS 165CM IN WIDTH

All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees must be made for your rental to be confirmed. When a booking is made with less than 14 days in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.
Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-out by 11:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
Cancellations. Cancelling more than 5 days prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancelling between 3 and 5 days prior to arrival will entitle you to a refund of 50%. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance of the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.
Additional information.The minimum stay we have in Seville is 2 nights, and 5 nights over the Easter and Seville Fair period. The property is fully equipped, including high quality bedlinen and towels.
Total rental fees must be paid prior to arrival (with a minimum of 14 days in advance), together with the corresponding security deposit.
