Central to the Region called Pfaffenwinkel in Upper Bavaria, the little village Oderding is located between the Starnberer See, Ammersee and Staffelsee. Odering has around 450 Inhabitants and is 4 km southeast of Weilheim and 3 km north west of Peissenberg. All your shopping can be done in one of those towns. In Oderding you will find a some Farms that supply eggs, milk and fresh farmproducts.
Our House is in the middle of the village.
The mountains are about 35 km, to Munich 50 km. The "Hohe Peissenberg" (989 m) is our local mountain. 20 meters behind the house you find yourself in between meadows and fields.
The apartment was built in 2004 in the former barn of an old farm. In 2018 we extended the initially small 2-4 person apartment and added an airy living room with a bedroom-gallery. When building the apartment, we used ecological buildingmaterial where possible and tried to create a healthy and friendly athmosphere. The result was a tastefully furnished, romantic apartment with attention to detail. The bright ambience is determined by the original wooden beams, the friendly color scheme and the open, briht and sunny room with high cealing.
Be indulged in this experience beyond the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and your stay in Oderding become an unforgettable and relaxing experience.
The apartment can accommodate two to six people.
The living room is two stories. To the sleeping gallery leads up an open staircase. Under the gallery is a sofa that can be pulled out to the 160 cm wide sofa bed. There is a Smart TV, a DVD player, a bluetooth-enabled music system with CD and radio.
On the intermediate level, we have set up a small workplace. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment for free.
On the gallery level above the living room is a double bed (Kingsize). There is also a readingchair and a wardrobe here.
The dining area is optically separated from the kitchen by an old beam construction.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven / hob (ceramic hob), extractor fan and sink. Dishes are sufficient for up to 8 people.
A large dining table for 6 - 8 people invites you to a social get-together.
From the kitchen you enter the 15 m² large balcony, which also serves as access to the apartment. Here you have sun all day!
The bathroom has a bathtub and a private sauna.
There is a large sink and a toilet. Our guests get 3 towels. We recomend to bring your own Bathrobe and sauna towels.
A slightly steeper staircase at above the kitchen leads to the small gallery and to the separated bedroom.
Here you will find 2 single beds (each 90 cm) that can be put together to get another Kingsize Double Bed, plus a writing desk and a small sink.
