● KEYS/PADLOCK: We provide one key and fob set per reservation as part of our policy, which aligns with the guidelines set by the authorities and our short-term rental management contract. Also, ensuring the safety and security of all guests is our top priority, and extra sets could jeopardize this commitment. Moreover, handling multiple sets may result in confusion and potential security hazards. Ensure the property key and fob are always with you. Should you misplace your keys, please contact a locksmith and the associated costs starting from AU$500 will be your responsibility.
