Beautiful 2BR Penthouse with private pool and rooftop. Sleeps up to 6 people, with 3 bathrooms. 1 King-sized bed, 2 twin-sized beds and a twin-sized sofa in the living room.
Oven, microwave, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, high-speed wireless internet and all you need to enjoy Playa del Carmen.
The rooftop has a private pool + sunbeds to get a real caribbean tan.
The building is only 150m away from the beach, with an amazing sea view from the building's main rooftop.
The Space:
3 beds + sofa, Cable TV in the living room (Smart TVs in each bedroom), 3 bathrooms (1 upstairs next to the rooftop). AC in every room, comfortable beds with hotel-quality linens. Towels (beach towels too!).
For short-term stays we'll include 15KWh per day. If the usage exceeds this amount, we'll be charging $4mxn per exceeding KWh. For bookings 28 days or longer, electric usage will be billed separately, $3mxn per KWh.
The access to the apartment is thru an app, so be sure to have battery on your phone at all times. If you lose your phone or run out of battery, building staff might be able to help you in the meanwhile.
Other Things to Note:
For short-term stays we'll include 15KWh per day. If the usage exceeds this amount, we'll be charging $4mxn per exceeding KWh. For bookings 28 days or longer, electric usage will be billed separately, $3mxn per KWh.
For bookings 7+ days, a mandatory cleaning will be charged per week to ensure proper care to our bedding and towels.
