Welcome to APACHE OUTPOST, our 6 BR, 4.5 BA luxury home with the most magnificent views of the Superstition Mountains from both in and outside the home. The backyard is a private paradise that features a pool with a waterfall, swim-up table and optional heat. The pool heating fee is $85.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.
A private spa, spacious covered patio with propane heater, gas grill, built-in bar with gas fire pit and corn hole game are outdoor amenities that guests will love. The views of the mountains and open green spaces are highly engaging and will simply amaze you! Bring binoculars and cameras for observing wildlife passing through the open green spaces that surround the home. There are 5 bikes for those who enjoy scenic views using pedal power.

The home has both a living room and open concept great room. The great room includes a cozy sitting area arranged to view the large TV and sliding doors to the covered patio and pool deck. All TVs are smart TVs for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced. The sitting area in the great room opens into a modern and well stocked kitchen with island seating. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. Highchairs are available to rent.
Immerse yourself in your favorite films and series on the large screen in the theater room with dark out curtains. Separated by a sliding curtain, an adjacent bedroom has a queen bed. There is a gym equipped for working out and a wet bar for before and after cocktails.

The elegant and stylish primary suite features a king bed, TV, en suite bath, walk-in closet with washer and dryer, sitting area and private balcony with stellar mountain and desert views. The exquisite en suite bath has a walk-in shower, dual vanities with sinks and a garden tub with distinguished mountain views. A hair dryer and soap are supplied.
ALL guest bedrooms have queen beds, TVs, ceiling fans and storage space for your personal affects. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill style bathroom with a tub-shower combo. Bedroom 4 uses Bathroom 3 with a tub-shower combo. Pack N' Plays are available to rent.
There is a powder room that is conveniently located for visitors. The large laundry room has family size appliances and is completely stocked for your laundry tasks. There is garage parking for 2 cars plus 2 additional driveway spaces.
The above garage studio, a stand alone domicile, has a private entrance, sitting area with TV and a desk for your remote work. The studio's kitchen is completely stocked; the bedroom has a queen bed and bath with a walk-in shower plus washer and dryer.

The home is situated on a large and private lot with astonishing views of the iconic Superstition Mountains. Nearby Apache Junction is a favorite destination for golfing, hiking, camping, fishing, horseback riding, bird watching and other outdoor adventures. Eateries, unique shopping experiences, museums and appealing attractions are all part of the Apache Junction scene.
North of Apache Junction, at the base of the Superstition Mountains, is 320-acre Lost Dutchman State Park. It is named after the Lost Dutchman's Gold Mine, a famous and legendary Old West Tale. In addition to being home to a variety of scenic hiking trails, Lost Dutchman State Park hosts festivals, guided hikes, concerts and educational tours.
Usery Mountain Regional Park, at the western end of the Goldfield Mountains and adjacent to the Tonto National Forest, is a 20 minute drive from Apache Junction and another favorite place for hiking, biking and horseback riding. Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe and the mountains to the north are a quick commute on our modern highway system. Sky Harbor International Airport is 35 miles away.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 12 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of twelve (12).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home for any amount of time.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
The pool heating fee is $85.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances.
