Close to everything, comfortable inside, and a great rate. This apartment is the perfect resting place for your visit to Columbus! Just 2 min to the freeway, 5 minutes to the Short North, and 8 minutes to Downtown, this is a very easy access to where you need to be. Located in the center of the improving Milo-Grogan neighborhood, this one-level apartment has been renovated with modern touches. It includes a memory foam mattress, sleeper sofa, and newer furnishings.
The Space:
This apartment is entirely on the first floor of a 2 apartment building. There is 2nd apartment and a family that lives on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building.
Guest Access:
Parking is available in front of our house. Guests will enter through the front door, into a community hallway, and then can enter this unit through an interior door to the unit.

The Neighborhood:
Milo-Grogan is nestled in a perfect location close to the I/71 freeway, and not far at all from the Short North, or Downtown. This neighborhood is undergoing revitalization, with many homes and buildings under construction. Just under a 5 minute drive from the best coffee shop in Columbus, Fox in the Snow, and a 10 minute drive to over 50 bars and restaurants, you will be close to all the action.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are great ways to get around in Columbus, and our central location allows you to get to most parts of downtown in under 10 minutes, and most other parts of Columbus in under 20 minutes.
We also are close to a COTA public bus stop. Also available in columbus are a bike share, and scooters!
Other Things to Note:
This front door , front porch, and back yard is shared with the family upstairs.

To finalize your booking for this and all future stays with Housepitality we ask that you please review & agree to the following terms to confirm your reservation.
We'd be happy to approve your request with the agreement that if there is excessive wear or trash, smoking inside or incidents of noise, unauthorized late checkouts, parking in unauthorized areas or if an unauthorized party or gathering has taken place then you could be charged additional damage fees.
Additionally, upon request we may choose to require that you to provide a photo of a valid government ID, (as well as a photo of you holding the ID), at any point before or during your stay, failure to do so may result in a cancelled booking and being responsible for any costs associated with loss of revenue.
If any unauthorized visitors beyond the total you mentioned enter the property or if the guest is suspected of possessing illegal substance or conducts any illegal or dangerous acts, tampers or obstructs exterior cameras or violates house rules then this would be grounds for immediate cancellation at our discretion regardless of the reservation status.
If any of the above incidents occur then law enforcement officers will be allowed to enter & search the home, and you may also be responsible for additional fees ranging from $50-$500 or more based on severity of each incident as well a forfeiture of all costs & fees associated with the booking.
These fees can be avoided if the home is reasonably clean at checkout, no incidents are reported, and our home is respected & cared-for. If you agree to the terms above for this and all future stays then please let us know by saying "I accept" and we'll happily approve this request immediately.
House Rules: "• NO PARTIES/EVENTS, no outside visitors after 10pm, or overnight guests without previous approval from me.
• NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the house – please do not discard your cigarettes butts in the house trash cans. They get stinky.
• DO NOT ENGAGE IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES anywhere on the property.
• DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD OUT that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
• QUIET HOURS: Sunday - Thursday: 9pm - 8am, Friday - Saturday: 10pm -8am
• If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- No weapons allowed on this property.
- If the house is left in a condition that requires extra cleaning, the guest will be charged at $30/hour that our cleaning crew spends over 2 hours cleaning. This includes excess dirt caused by pets. Any biohazard mess (including pet poop or pee) left by a guest will be charged an extra $75 minimum, depending on severity.
- Any smoking inside will be charged an extra $300 cleaning fee."
We love pets! We do charge a $35 pet fee for each stay that a guest has a pet in our home. All pets must be reported before arrival.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform the Company immediately. Guest is responsible for any damage or cost incurred by any party invited to the property by Guest.
