Le Marche is known as the best kept secret of Italy, and is a region that has everything you could wish for. Marche is located in Italy between the Adriatic and the Apennines. In Le Marche you will find mountains, beaches, beautiful old towns and charming villages, but also untouched nature. It is reminiscent of Tuscany, but here you will find the peace, quiet and purity. The perfect setting for enjoying Italy and to simply enjoy a sporty, culinary, cultural and relaxing holiday. Our house is quietly located at 500 m from the road in a pristine landscape, surrounded by farmland, centrally located between the Apennines and the Adriatic coast. Here no landscape pollution by utility poles, solar panels, cell towers or busy roads. With some luck, see can you in a herd of deer or wild boar pass next to the casa, while a couple eagles and falcons scour their territory from the air.
Currently there are four independent apartments furnished in different sizes for 3 to 5 guests with maximum preservation of the original features that are typical of the Italian houses. All apartments have a separate entrance, a private terrace and a separate living and sleeping area, and feature all modern comforts: kitchenette with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave, LED TV, Blu-ray player. There is free WiFi available in and around the casa (also at the pool). There is a bread service in July / August, breakfast possible during other months. Cot and highchair available on request. Possibility of booking whole range of sporting and adventure activities: vespa, quad, tandem flights delta and paragliding, canyoning, trekking, biking, caving, ... There are also organized regularly group activities such as wine tasting at the local winery or visit of the traditional local festivities (the typical sagra) in the surrounding villages.
Shared swimming pool of 12x6m (1.5 m deep) with expansive views of the pristine environment and Apennines with deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor toilet and shower. Summerhouse with tourist information, games, refrigerator and porch with garden furniture. Free parking. Playground for toddlers. Building is surrounded by big open garden of 3500 m² with various fruit trees (cherries, figs, persimmons, almonds, apples, plums, mulberries, apricots) which can be picked by the guests. Hammock and badminton in the garden.
A lot of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, where a delicious local cuisine is served at very reasonable prices. The casa is in the wine region of the "Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi". Shops, pharmacy, ... 5 km from the Casa San Lorenzo in Campo. 40 minutes drive from the central Apennines with different natural parks (Frasassi / Monte Nerone / Monte Cucco / Monte Catria) and 40 minutes drive from the Adriatic Coast (Senigallia / Marotta / Ancona / Sirolo). There are also many cultural cities nearby: Urbino, Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, San Marino, but you can also quietly enjoy your cappuccino at a local café in one of the many traditional villages nearby.

Inside the approximately 50 m² flat is a cosy living space that includes a fully equipped kitchenette with cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. A flat-screen TV, a dining area and reclining chairs complete the picture. There are two bedrooms; one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed, in addition to a bathroom with shower. The presence of gas central heating, air conditioning and several fans ensure a pleasant indoor climate in any season. A washing machine for common use is also available in the building.
Outside the apartment, two private terraces with west and north orientation, equipped with garden furniture, a parasol, barbecue and pergola on the raised west terrace, await you. The shared garden offers a serene place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. An electric car charging station is also available, testifying to our commitment to modernity and sustainability.
The flat's surroundings are rich in natural beauty and conveniences. Located at a walking distance of 600 metres from the nearest village, every need is easily met. For daily shopping, there is a grocery shop within 5 km.
