A lake view is the landscape you'll take in while staying at CASA BRICK, winner of numerous awards for its original architecture and unique design.
At CASA BRICK it is the red brick that is the absolute protagonist, composing the interiors and exteriors, even the floors, in an essential and charming leitmotif. The furnishings throughout the house are minimal, designed to be functional both for everyday life and for devoting oneself to study and work.
The long staircase that runs through the house provides first access to the sleeping area, which consists of 3 bedrooms: the first is a master bedroom; the second is a bedroom with a single bed, connected (without a door) to a third small bedroom with a single bed (with another pull-out bed), both furnished with a glass table, perfect for carrying out office work for business stays.
Climbing the staircase, you enter the living area, which is closed off to the side and completely open to the front, giving a special slant to the panorama of Lake Lugano and showing a glimpse of the village of Porto Ceresio. To enjoy this view from inside, you can sit on the sofas in the relaxation area, where you can read a book or watch a movie, or sit at the dining table, facing the modern, fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the terrace offers the best view, to be admired while sitting and sipping a good coffee or local wine.
There are 3 bathrooms, one small service bathroom, one complete bathroom with shower, and one with shower only, connected to the sauna, available to guests.
Finally, there is the laundry room with washing machine.
The house also has a small garden.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take the "Melide" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 12 minutes you will reach the apartment.
If you arrive by train, from the Melide train station take bus No. 431 (direction Lugano, Autosilo Balestra) for 9 stops and get off at the "Morcote, Arbostora" stop. Walk for about 8 minutes (400 m) to reach the building.
