Rent a kayak or paddleboard from the resort and take a leisurely self-guided tour of the lake or reserve your spot on a local guided fishing tour in hopes of catching the evening’s dinner. At the end of long and fulfilling days, gather around the firepit to toast up a round of tasty treats while you regale one another in the adventures of the day. As you head out away from the home to explore the greater Lake Ozark area, take the short drive or boat ride to stop in for a meal at Tap & Grill Lakeside Brew Haus, the lake’s first and only lakefront micro brew pub, or discover all the shopping options at the Millstone Marina. Head out by boat to the Bagnell Dam and, stop in for lunch and shopping on the strip located along the shoreline. A scenic cruise along the winding waterway in just about any direction will take you additional delicious dining options, including H. Toads and Franky & Louie’s, just to name a couple.
