The apartment features two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king-size bed and the second with a double bunk bed (full size on the bottom, single size on top), two bathrooms, and closets. There’s also a sofa bed (pillow and bedding to convert it into a comfortable bed are in the master bedroom closet).

No parties or events are allowed in the apartment.
DRINKING WATER:
On top of the kitchen counter, there is a water bottle for guest consumption.
TRASH:
Please dispose of it in the container located on the emergency stair landing.
CLEANING:
If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, it costs $40. Please notify the host at least two days in advance. You can pay in cash.
CONDOMINIUM FACILITIES:
Public Spaces: Pools, lagoon, and beach are open to guests without reservation.
Beach Huts: Must be reserved through the complex administration (+507 6226-5648). Costs are $60 USD (large hut for 12-14 people with BBQ) and $40 USD (small hut for 6-8 people with BBQ). Huts without BBQ are $10 USD less.
Gym: 10 am to 6 pm - no reservation or additional cost.
Spa with Turkish Bath and Sauna: Must be reserved with the complex administration at an additional cost (+507 6226-5648). Open from 10 am to 6 pm.
Soccer Field: Open to the public without reservation or additional cost.
Paddle Court: Reserve through the Playtomic app (Paddle equipment can be rented at LA TIENDITA).
La Tiendita: Open from 7 am to 5:30 pm.
Children’s Playground: No additional cost or specific hours.
Boats on the Lagoon: Rent directly with the complex administration for $25 USD per hour and $15 USD per half hour.
Two-Person Land and Water Bikes: Rent directly with the complex administration (from 8 am to 4:30 pm) for $20 USD per hour or $15 USD per half hour.
SMART TV:
Netflix, YouTube, and digital channels (guest account required).
SUPERNINTENDO:
Activate on one of the TV HDMI ports. Access from the "Source" button on the TV remote control.
LA TIENDITA:
Where you can buy food or essentials, open from 7 am to 5:30 pm.
PARKING:
Free in the basement of Tower 1, space number 304.
TRANSPORTATION:
Use your own or rental vehicle. We can also assist in arranging a car with a driver if needed (please request for a quote).

Within the condominium, there are two restaurants: KAYUCO (Seafood and international cuisine) and WAHOO’S BAR (Japanese food, sushi, and cocktails).
AIR CONDITIONING:
Please turn off the air conditioning and close the balcony doors when leaving the apartment.
