The Space:
Make your way up to the picture perfect bungalow and enter using the easy keyless lock. You’ll be greeted with a spacious living area filled with a large sofa, a big square ottoman and plush matching armchairs that surround the wall mounted Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps.
Cook up a delicious meal for the family in the generous kitchen that has everything you need with utensils, cookware and appliances all at your fingertips. There is a full size fridge/freezer, an oven and stovetop, a built in microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee maker to get your day started right.
Sit at the dinette in the kitchen and keep the chef company then eat together in the dining room with a table set for four guests.
Take the soft carpeted stairs up to the second floor where you will find the two master bedrooms.
The first offers a luxuriously large and ornate king bed, a Smart TV, plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home and a full ensuite bathroom where you can relax in the deep bath with all the essentials and soft fluffy towels provided for you.
The second master bedroom is perfect for families with a queen bed and a trundle for two all topped with beautiful soft patchwork linen. There is an additional Smart TV to give everyone their own space and a second ensuite bathroom stocked with quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash so you don’t have to bring a thing.
Guests have full access to the fully stocked laundry with a washing machine and dryer as well as a handy half bath located on the first level.
Outside there is a lovely little patio area with a BBQ grill – the perfect place to cook up lunch on a sunny afternoon while the kids run around in the secured, grassy yard.
Take a walk through the beautiful neighborhood with a delicious ice cream shop on the corner and a great park just next door then stop in for a coffee, a beer or a full 3 course meal at some of the best restaurants, cafes, wine bars and breweries in the city right on your doorstep.

Enjoy the unique architecture of the neighborhood as you walk to the Anheuser-Busch Brewery and several of the city's best restaurants and bars. Take a stroll through the beautiful Benton Park just a 9 minute walk away where you can find a shady tree and enjoy a picnic or bring along your tennis gear and have a hit on the tennis courts.
Walk to Cups and Cones and treat yourself to an ice cream with a park right next door and enjoy a delicious, cooked breakfast at Benton Park Cafe that also serves up the best coffee.
Close by is the popular Budweiser Experience, Lafayette Square the Arch grounds, and Busch Stadium - home of the St. Louis Cardinals, where you can catch a baseball game. Forest Park and the Delmar Loop are also close by with convenient access to I55, I44, and I64/40 making it super easy to get to get to where you’re going
Beyond the ample amount of beautiful city parks, Benton Park hosts one of the best antique shopping areas in the city and many phenomenal establishments for food and drink. The neighborhood itself is a melting pot of small businesses, artists, singles and families, making it a very desirable place for city living. Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.
St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.
TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.
The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

- Pets are not permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
