Our prime location ensures you can unwind in a peaceful atmosphere, yet easily explore the city's attractions. Our neighbors are very warm and friendly. The house has 2 very large trees around it providing shade and greenery.
The City-famous walking/biking trail, Brays Bayou Greenway Trail, is walking distance, and some of Houston's greatest landmarks are just a stone's throw away.

The house has plentiful parking with about 10 cars that are able to park in the driveway. And there is also an abundance of street parking in the neighborhood. The garage has a Tesla charger as well. All are free to use.
Restaurants, events, and other Houston attractions will require a vehicle to access. The street that's connected to the driveway can sometimes get busy during the day, but is mostly quiet at all other times with not much activity.
There is a well-known walking/biking trail called Brays Bayou Greenway Trail, just a 9 minutes walk away, that follows a bayou and is connected to the City-famous Hermann Park.

- QUIET HOURS: 10pm - 8am. Please keep noise levels down to be respectful of our neighbors.
- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. Unauthorized Parties will be charged a $500 fee.
- No loud music past 10pm.
- Be respectful of our neighbors.
- Do not cover the front door Ring Camera.
- No smoking inside. $250 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
-Lost TV remotes are a $49 fine.
-Pets are $149 fee.
Early check ins and Late check outs are both $49, depending on whether there are other guests checking in/out that day as well as our cleaning team’s schedule, and are not guaranteed. Please try to discuss this in advance; we will try to be as accommodating as possible!
Extra unaccounted for Guests past 12 people are $50 per person per day.
