Welcome to our freshly renovated (February 2023) family home in the center of Netanya. The location is perfect for relaxed vacation - close to the beach, independence square (kikar HaAtsmaut), the Netanya promenade. The apartment is very bright and spacious. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
THE SPACE
Located in a residential building the apartment has been renovated in February 2023. It features a large living space, divided between a living room and a veranda. The living room is very spacious with a comfortable sofa and a 43 inches TV. The kitchen and the dining room are on the other end of the living space. The kitchen is fully equipped and allows to keep kosher easily thanks to its dual work plan and 3 sinks. Sit at the dining table and enjoy a morning coffee while watching the sea.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed and sea view. 1 closet. En suite bathroom with shower and toilets.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed. 1 chest of drawers. Connects to bedroom 3 with a sliding door.
Bedroom 3: 1 single bed. Connects to bedroom 2 with a sliding door. Access to the veranda.
**There is no AC unit in bedroom 3. You will need to keep to door open to benefit from the AC in bedroom 2.
Bedroom 4: 2 bunk beds. 1 extra single pull bed. Access to veranda.
Shared bathroom with shower and toilets.
Extra separate toilets.
Laundry room.
Towels and linen are included based on occupancy.

PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 17% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 17% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 17% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
