Great starting point for all kinds of outdoor activities with bicycle routes and marked hiking trails right next to the house.
The space
It is something unique, that you will hardly ever forget. A luxurious, mix of wooden and glass house with a spacious covered terrace was built at the end of 2020 on pillars up to 1.5m above the ground. Large glass walls offer beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. You can watch deer graze in the local forest right from the comfort of our couch.
If you are searching for quality time with your loved ones, or on your own, but you want to exceed standards, then Bohemian Home is what you are looking for. A superb wooden get-away. Within a well-organized 75m2, there is everything one needs to live comfortably.
The house has a fully equipped modern kitchen, two small bedrooms with a very comfortable double bed in one bedroom, a bunk bed for three in the other bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the living room. In the living area as well as in the master bedroom, guests will find floor-to-ceiling glass walls which provide an intimate connection with the surrounding nature.
Crackling wood in the fireplace, a small bookcase and plenty of board games are available in the living room as well as a big flat-screen TV with full access to Netflix and other TV programmes, including superfast Wi-Fi.
The kitchen includes everything you need for comfortable cooking including a tall fridge-freezer, full induction stove, oven, a convection microwave, kettle, and a dishwasher. A large wardrobe is at your disposal, including a washing machine in the utility room. The self-enclosed bathroom includes a glass shower and heated floor, as well as a sink and a toilet. Linens and towels are kindly provided.
You have the option to have breakfast on a wooden deck from our basket full of local goodies! We can also provide plates for the evening barbecue.
Did we mention that a beautiful creek flows along with our land? You can also use our 600m2 garden with an outdoor fire pit area, hammock and of course private parking for two cars.

A new luxury barrel sauna and whirlpool for up to 6 people overlooking the valley is already included in your stay. Everything is open all year round right by a private stream on the edge of the forest. A bathing barrel with a massage whirlpool with a temperature of up to 40 ° C will ensure you romantic relaxation in any weather. Our wellness is shared for all 3 houses, but it ensures complete privacy for all and is already included in the price.

Our property is located in beautiful surroundings of Bohemian Switzerland and the Lusatian Mountains, that offer many opportunities for sport activities such as hiking, cycling, MTB, fishing, horseback riding, rafting or canoeing.
