Welcome to this splendid house just a few steps away from the wonderful beach of Can Picafort. It sleeps 8 guests.
Upon entering from the street, we are greeted by a beautiful terrace where we can sit and enjoy a drink at sunset. The back of the house offers a large patio where we can prepare a delicious barbecue and where children can play safely. This town house has neighbours on each side.The two-story house is characterised by its exquisite traditional style and excellent equipment. The living room has satellite TV and leads to the dining area. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and is connected to another dining area. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms with air conditioning in the house. The first one, with a double bed, is on the ground floor. The other 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor, two with twins and the other with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There are two more bathrooms with a shower each in the house, one on each floor. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. Finally, the house is equipped with oil central heating to be able to enjoy this fantastic destination also in the winter months.Can Picafort is a perfect area as it has a beautiful golden sandy beach, it offers all kinds of services for an independent stay and is also a quiet area where you can relax and unwind. You can visit other nearby beaches such as Playa de Muro, Formentor or Puerto de Pollença. The weekly market in Alcudia or the Roman ruins of Pollentia are another attraction to visit in the area.Note: We cannot accept guests under 24 years unless you are a family.
