Mediterranean-style house distributed in three double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one bedroom with a double bed and the other two bedrooms with single beds, a bathroom with a shower, the kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, etc., then there is the spacious living room with its respective dining room set, a second refrigerator, single sofa bed, armchairs and television, from the living room two large windows open onto the porch-style terrace and furnished with table and chairs with cozy views of the garden of the villa.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden where there is a large private pool with sun loungers and a second dining room with a large table and chairs in front of a built-in barbecue with countertops on the sides. Next to the pool there are stairs that leads to a solarium on the roof of the villa.
For greater comfort and security, all the windows of the villa have security bars. As services the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, bedding and shower towels, and at the entrance of the villa there is a space reserved for two cars that is fully fenced.
