This fantastic lordly house, at the center of Sóller, with a private swimming pool and unforgettable views to the village and the mountains, is divided in two buildings and welcomes 14 guests.
Welcome to this majestic two building house, with idylic outers, including a chlorine 9m x 4m, and a deph ranging that goes from 1.20m to 1.80m, surrounded by grass, and different terraces where relax, having a drink and reading a good book will be a pleasure. You can prepare delicious barbecues with your loved ones.The big building divides its rooms in three floors including: a beautiful living-room with a satellite TV, a big dining-room with space for 18 guests, an equipped gas industrial kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay, and seven bedrooms with a bathroom en suite each, all of them with a bath. All the bedrooms dispose of a double bed, except one with two single beds, and a wardrobe, air conditioning and central heating. Three of them are located at the first floor, three at the second floor and the last one at the third. Obviously, there is a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. For the little ones of the family, we can offer up to two cots and two high chairs.The property is located right at the center of Sóller, a gorgeous village from Sierra de Tramuntana, with all the services you might need. A must visit is Sant Bartomeu church, wich date back to 1236. You can also find a lot of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. By train or bus you can go to Puerto de Sóller and its idylic sandy beaches. Around the area there are a lot of gorgeous routes to do and beautiful villages. We recommend to visit the capital, Palma. La Tramuntana counts with unforgettable coves, like Cala Deià, Llucalcari or Port des Canonge.Note: We cannot accept guests under 20 years unless they are accompanied by their parents.
