Living Areas: Step into Casa Bella, and an abundance of sunlight will welcome you in. Take a rest from your travels in the main living area, then venture into the secondary living area to truly relax. The secondary living room will be the ultimate entertainment space, featuring comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV for you to catch up on favorite shows, and board games for friendly competition.
Kitchen & Dining: The open concept floor plan is not only stylish, but also puts everything in proximity for maximum convenience - take a few steps from the living area and you are in the kitchen and dining area, where you can showcase your culinary mastery. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and your basic cooking appliances. The dining table is a perfect space for friends and family to enjoy a home cooked meal, or indulge in local flavors from nearby eateries. Casa Bella also has a bar area featuring bar table& seating, and a game of darts, perfect for unwinding after a day of hitting the town.
Bedrooms & bathrooms: Each of the bedrooms are a private sanctuary, featuring a comfortable queen bed and closet space. The primary bedroom has the added luxury of an en-suite bathroom including a spacious stand-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms provide a cozy space with additional seating areas. Whichever room you choose, you will be ensured a GoodNight's sleep.
Private Backyard: The backyard is the true gem of Casa Bella. The expansive yard will give a sense of serenity to your getaway. Additional House Rules:
- Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Mountain Standard Time.
- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry, and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
- All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity and credit card authentication via AutoHost which operates for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
​​​​​​​- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! The kitchen set includes a dishwashing tablet, dish soap, laundry detergent, and disinfectant wipes.
- The bathroom set includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body bar soap, hand bar soap, body lotion, and linen spray. We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom. Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested, as these are to kick-start your stay.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's own risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
- City of Scottsdale requires no more than 6 non-related adults per home not including children.
- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
