Welcome to this charming chalet near the sea in Port d'Alcúdia. It is prepared for 6 persons.
This chalet is surrounded by a large terrace and counts with a well-furnished porch and a barbeque.
The 200m² house is groundfloor only and counts with 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed (one with an en-suite bathroom) and 1 with 2 individual beds. On request, there is a baby bed and a highchair available. There is another bathroom (for general use) with a shower.
The cozy living- and dining room counts with a sofa, satellite TV, a dining table and air conditioning. The independent kitchen wotks with gas and is fully equipped with all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal during your stay. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
This chalet is perfectly located, with everything you might need nearby: the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, etc. There is a bus that passes every 15 minutes to Can Picafort or to Port d'Alcúdia, Port de Pollença or Palma. The fine, white, sandy beach is only 1km away. This beach is perfect for families with small children, as the beach steeps slowly into the sea and the children will enjoy playing there all day long.
Other beaches and interesting places are easy to reach, by car: the rugged peninsula of Cap de Formentor, the beach of Playas de Muro, the unspoiled beaches of Son Serra de Marina or the restaurants and leisure of Pollença and Port de Pollença. Don't forget to visit Alcúdia's old town, with it's cobbled streets, the church and the ruins of the old roman city and amphitheater. Tuesdays and Sundays there is a market in Alcudia and the village transforms into a bustling and vibrant place.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
