From Newcomen Road there is a communal entrance to Dartview and two short flights of stairs up to the property. There is a lobby with hanging space for outdoor clothes and shoes. The open plan dining / sitting room has stunning views across the water, two arm chairs positioned by the window, perfect for admiring the river views, and a Smart TV with DVD player, whilst a small utility room hides a washing machine.
