Two flights of stairs or a good-sized lift lead up to the apartment entrance which opens into a spacious hallway. The stylishly elegant lounge has a double sofa, two armchairs, footstool, smart TV with Freeview and a multi-room music system. From the dining area, with a round oak table and chairs, enjoy a stunning 'internal balcony' area overlooking the river and offering lovely views up and down the river and across to Kingswear. The state-of-the-art kitchen has Poggenpohl units, integrated Smeg appliances, making self-catering a pleasure. A staircase leads up from the hallway to a newly created study providing a further room to relax in, answer those emails or watch TV.
The master suite has a super King-size bed, built in wardrobes, a dressing table and wall mounted TV. Its beautiful, fully tiled en suite bathroom has a Kaldewei bath with shower (over), and spacious separate shower cubicle, plus heating flooring. The second bedroom is a twin room with two full size single beds (which can be zipped together if requested to form a super-King), built-in wardrobe and shelving, chest of drawers and a TV.
