A short walkway brings you out onto the coast, where you can stroll into the centre of town. Dine out at one of the many bars and restaurants and indulge in the famous ice cream at Nardini's cafe©. Explore the history of the Vikings at the Vikingar Centre, which also boasts a swimming pool and kids soft play area. Try a round of golf at one of the two local courses, including the popular golf course in Millport on the Isle of Cumbrae, or venture a few miles along the coast to West Kilbride or try the famous course of Troon. Kelburn Castle and Largs Marina, with Scott's Restaurant, are all within a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Douglas Park is nearby, where you will find a bowling green and tennis courts, as well as enjoying some lovely walks through the gardens. Only two minutes from the apartment and on the seafront is a childrens park. The train station has stops along the Ayrshire coast en route to Glasgow.
