Boasting 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 2.5 luxurious bathrooms, it promises comfort and modernity. At the heart of this home lies a fully equipped kitchen, and large walk-out deck, your personal space to relax and unwind after a long day in the city. Your rest is our priority, which is why each bedroom houses supremely comfortable Zinus memory foam mattresses adorned with core comfort toppers. These beds are draped with ultra-soft, luxurious bamboo sheets, complemented by thick, plush Egyptian cotton towels, adding a touch of lavishness to your daily rituals. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and bedside lamps with charging ports stand ready to keep your devices within arm's reach.
Detailed layout and bedding as follows:
- 1st Floor: Cozy living area with 65" Roku television. Also on the main level is the full kitchen fully outfitted with quality pots and pans, utensils, knives, drip coffee maker with filters and coffee, and electric kettle. The kitchen also is stocked with stylish dishware, glassware, cutlery, and a beautiful picture window to take in the South Slopes view. The dining area with seating for 6 at the table and 2 at the bar is also on the main level, along with a convenient half bath and new top of the line washer/dryer.
- 2nd Floor: 2x bedrooms and a spacious full bath with tub and shower. Bedroom #1 is roomy with a king sized bed, and an incredible view of the Slopes, and a 65" Roku television. Bedroom #2 has a queen daybed , dedicated work space, charming architecture, and a view of the street and dog park.
- Lower level (rancher style): Private and quiet master suite with king bed, 55" television with Roku, and an attached full bath with spacious walk in shower.
NOTE: You will find 2 cots for you to use, in one each of the upstairs bedroom closets. There is also a pack and play and high chair in the upstairs king bedroom closet.
Very close to downtown Pittsburgh, the universities in Oakland, the Strip District, and lots of hospitals. About 15 minutes to Acrisure Stadium, 10 minutes to PPG Paints Arena, 15 minutes to Peterson Events Center, 12 minutes to David Lawrence Convention Center. Serenity on St. Paul is at the top of "The Church Route", one of the south side's many official walking paths that utilizes the South Side's famous and intricate stair systems. Bring your tennis shoes for an invigorating walk on The Church Route and/or the many other trails and paths nearby, or bring a book and take in the view from the back deck.
Public transportation is easily accessible, with several bus stops within a 2-5 minute walk.
High chair, pack and play, baby gate, and toddler toys available upon request.
Guests will have access to the entire house, except for the basement storage closet which will be locked.
Events and unauthorized guests will not be tolerated. Your reservation will be canceled and law enforcement will be contacted.

1) No guests are permitted at the property without prior notice and approval; if guests are allowed, they are only permitted between the hours of 8am and 12am.
2) Excessive noise is prohibited and violators are subject to fines and penalties.
Parties, events, and unauthorized guests will not be tolerated. Your reservation will be cancelled and law enforcement will be contacted.
Please note, while we do enjoy hosting your pet on our property, the type allowed is at our discretion and there will be a charge of $250.00 per pet.
