Our Boho Chic Studio-By Aquagreen Homes is crafted to give you a warm & cosy, yet fun home away from home feeling. Being located next to the famous Baga lane in Goa, it allows you access to everything that you could need during your stay in Goa.
It comes well-equipped with all the basic modern amenities required in today's times, & a pool. If you are looking out for a quiet & peaceful place to crash right amidst the crazy happening parts of North Goa, then this is just the perfect place for you.
The space
Being located on the ground floor it allows you easy access to the garden space and the clear turquoise pool. It’s just the right place to accommodate 2 adults, who are looking for a nice romantic cosy space. Whether you are looking to watch your favorite TV series or read your next book this home has you covered.

Sit out on our cute balcony overlooking the shiny pool with a cup of coffee or whip yourself up a scrumptious breakfast in our well-equipped kitchen. It comes with an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, water dispenser, kettle, cutlery, beer mugs, wine glasses, coffee and tea mugs. Not forgetting a coffee/tea/cookie station for those early morning and sunset chai sessions.

Not up for cooking? Worry not there are numerous local as well as international and Indian restaurant options within walking distance. In case you don't feel like stepping out Swiggy and Zomato work wonders here, literally dropping off your order right to your balcony this space is for you.

Not forgetting your workspace, which also converts into a cute little romantic dinner space.

The space comes equipped with an AC, smart TV, iron and Ironing matt (In the box at the bottom of the open wardrobe), an open nature-friendly wardrobe, and a warm and cozy bed.

There is one bathroom with an attached toilet, which is fully stocked with shower gel, shampoo, handwash, toothpaste, and toilet rolls. We provide fresh towels, and a geyser for your hot showers.

Our home has been tastefully decorated, to ensure it's chic yet cosy.

Last but never least don't forget to jump right into the scintillating common pool and awaken your senses.
Guest access
You have access to the common pool as well as the entire garden area in front of our home. There are walking pathways on 3 sides to access restaurants and the market space. Being located right in between Baga and Calangute guests have access to nightlife & party places, Calangute and Baga beach, and the famous Tito's Lane.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT -
(INDIAN NATIONALS) - We would need a valid photo ID proof before your check-in via email.
(FOREIGN NATIONAL) - We would need your passport and visa proof before your check-in via email, this is compulsory to comply with the homestay and AirBnB rules here in GOA.

FREEBEES: Cookies, tea, and coffee for your Chai sessions

PARKING: Comfortable parking space at the back of the property.

CLEANING: This can be arranged as per your request, do let us know in advance

GROCERIES: Swiggy Instamart is operational here, and you can get groceries delivered home. The closest super stores are all a 5-minute walk away!

SECURITY DEPOSIT: We take a security deposit of Rs. 5000 on or before check-in, which is refundable during check-out (subject to damages, breakages, non-compliance with house rules, smoking inside the house, etc). The security deposit for longer stays is higher!
