This 4 B/R home is well appointed with comfortable furnishings and is in a quiet neighborhood. It features an open floor plan, a fenced in backyard with patio seating, rock garden, hammock, and BBQ. The home is located near family-friendly activities like parks and is in a golf course community. It is also very close to the US60 freeway and the Mesa Gateway Airport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Please read the entire description as we try to answer the most common questions we get from guests. The home is 2825 square feet in an open floor plan layout. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 4 cars (2 garaged). There are up to 5 separate sleeping areas. - Master suite with queen-size bed and attached full bathroom - Private bedroom with queen size bed - Private bedroom with queen size bed - Private room with queen size memory foam sofa bed - Front family room w/ full size memory foam sofa bed There are 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked laundry room, as well as a large kitchen and dining area. (Children's supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please see below for details and ask us if needed) There is a 65" HDTV in the main family room, a 55" HDTV in the master bedroom, and a 42" HDTV in one guest bedroom. All TVs have HD antennas for local stations as well as SlingTV for cable TV options like ESPN, TBS, TNT, etc. The private backyard is designed with an Asian style rock garden and features a hammock, gas BBQ grill, and many fruit trees (orange, lemon, peach, and almond). ***Please let us know if you have pets. Pets (small dogs only) are welcome to stay here, but we do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. A per pet fee of $40 for up to a week long stay, $125/month applies (plus tax). Guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind. High chair, pack n play, and booster seat available for rent: $3/day per item per day plus a $20 delivery charge plus tax. This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap for longer term stays (30 or more). The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a cap of $400, tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage. Please let us know if you have any questions. From the house to local attractions we are: - San Tan Village complex (shopping, restaurants): 15 min. - Mesa Gateway Airport: 10-15 min. If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest, this home is a great base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ's wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit. Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife). When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.
