This stunning modern home brings together classic Savannah style with modern upscale amenities. This home comes with a large fully equipped kitchen and a 6 person dining table. With a spacious open-concept design, our home is the spot for your group to explore all Savannah has to offer.

-All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.
-All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.
-Public Goods coffee and tea are available for all guests.

The Neighborhood:
Located a quick 2 min walk away from Forsyth Park, our home places you at the doorstep of Savannah’s acclaimed food and art scenes. Check out the SCAD Museum of Art, or spend the day shopping and dining along the riverfront.
There are a few homes in the neighborhood that need to be renovated, so while this could still be considered a transitional neighborhood, we have never had any safety issues. As far as safety is concerned, common sense is the general rule of thumb, just like in any major city.
All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to Forsyth Park (2 minute walk) and SCAD (12 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.
Other Things to Note:
Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized using properly rated disinfectant for COVID-19, as outlined by the WHO.
Reservation holder must be over 21 years of age

Please also refer to Schedule A in the Agreement between Guest and Host for a table of fees assessed for violating terms of the Agreement or Policies outlined therein. This is not a pet friendly property. Mailing packages to the Premises is not permitted. We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
