The apartment features a convertible sofa bed for 2 people with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with TV and WIFI access.
On entering the apartment, you'll find :

- a sitting area with TV,
- a convertible sofa bed for 2 (140 by 200),

Family-Friendly Services:
If you need a cot and high chair, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please note that we do not provide baby linen.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in is from 3:00 pm.
Early check-ins or late check-outs can be arranged based on availability, with confirmation provided 24 hours in advance and applicable charges may apply.
Deposit Requirement:
A €150 deposit is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund from 21 business days after departure, provided there are no damages noted.

Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors to avoid deductions from your deposit.
Please be mindful of any ongoing construction within the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
Internet Access:
Kindly refrain from unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for any connection malfunctions.
Minimum Age Requirement:
The minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Guests under 23 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the required age. Failure to comply will result in denial of entry, and no refund requests will be entertained.
