Welcome to this brilliant mobile home Mountain Getaway, and an ideal Healer's Retreat. We are a seasonal retreat home. Our Reservations begin on May 1, and ends October 31. We are closed for the winter season.
This cozy retreat offers a very warm, and inviting two queen sized beds that sleeps 4, and includes 4 additional twin sized sleeping cots, and two full size bathrooms. It includes a full kitchen, a shaded back patio with a seating area for 4 +, a meditation area to help you stretch out those tired bones, and relax your mind. This home includes an array of amenities including a small fitness room, WIFI, a large wood burning stove for central heating which includes locally seasoned oak firewood to help keep you, and your family warmer longer during those cold nights. We also have a swamp AC/fan for those sweltering hot summer months. This property offers a sprawling back yard with tall shaded mature Redwood Sequoia Trees. You can bring your own tents, and bask under the tall shaded trees that give off great supporting energy to help you regenerate during your stay. If you love exploring up these hills, visiting lakes & fishing, and desire the enjoyment of peace & quiet, then we have got a very private, and comfortable space that is ready for you & your family. Invite your friends to create wonderful memories for a lifetime. We are centrally located on your way up to Clipper Mills, Challenge, Bullards Bar Reservoir, and Lake Oroville. We are also close to Grass Valley, and North San Juan. We have an open, and lighted outdoor patio that is avilable for outdoor evening dining, and wonderous BBQs. Whether you're looking to relax or stay active away from home, this fantastic property has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is fully prepared to bake your very first loaf of Sourdough Bread, or full sized turkey. The views are beautiful. We hope you enjoy what our quaint ranch has to offer, and make a trip here and visit. We are located 30 miles northeast of Marysville, 25 minutes from Oroville, 20 minutes from Clipper Mills, and 40 minutes from Yuba City, and 40 minutes to Grass Valley.
When you arrive, we will assist in getting you acclimated. We require that you sign the Waiver Form that is included in your Welcome Packet prior to your arrival. If there are any special requests, we can always discuss them prior to your reservation. We have plastic dinnerware, and flatware for daily use, and encourage you to use them. We also offer glass dinnerware, and traditional flatware, and wine glasses. We have an outdoor firepit as well for those amazing nights you may want to enjoy sitting by the fire. This next summer 2025, we are adding a summer outdoor pad where you can lay down, and enjoy the stars that are closer than you think. Outdoor fires permits may be suspended during high fire season, so we ask that you comply with County regulations as we are located in a semi rural area. During the fall, Cal Fire may suspend restrictions, and we will let you know the status of their requirements when it comes to recreational burning outdoors. If you desire a late check out, please let us know, so we may accommodate your desire for a late departure up to 12 pm. Please be mindful that we may be on a time constraint to prepare for our next visitors' arrival, and keeping our cleaning costs down is a priority for you. We do our best in keeping our Retreat home clean. We respect your space while you are here. If there is any emergency situation, please advise us immediately. Please advise us as to what you my need in advance. During the last quarter of the year, it gets cooler, so please be safe, and prepare accordingly when traveling up to these hills with warm clothing, blankets, water bottles, etc. We are very happy that you've taken the time to visit us, and in considering staying here for a spell. Unfortunately, we do not accept certified checks, or third party checks for any partial payments, or for full payments on any of our reservations. We also do not reserve under a third party name. The reservation must be under the same name as of our visitor's name. We will need a copy of your I.D. when you arrive, and we encourage the use of our VRBO site access. Since our listing with our VRBO agent are always available to assist, we want your stay to be as pleasurable as possible. Therefore, we welcome any feedback for a more positive experience while you are here. If there is anything that we can improve in servicing your needs, please let us know. Please allow up to 2 hours for return calls, or replies via text as we may be working in the shop, baking sourdough bread, or assisting others with their current stay.
