A kaleidoscope of colours on the bay and sky will change throughout the day, with front row seats on the balcony or indoor next to the fire are reserved for you every afternoon to watch the magnificent sunset. Relax and watch the harvesting of the local mussel crops from your front balcony; we recommend buying some for a seafood feast fit for kings! Guests are reporting seeing beautiful dolphins frolicking in the bay from this property. The view is magnificent.

Extensive glass creates a wonderful light-filled ambience brings the outdoors in, from the comfort of large lounge suites and an open fire, plus multiple split system units for heating and cooling.
Upstairs you will find welcoming spaces for relaxation and entertainment. There are two living areas and a 12-seater dining table, with easy entertaining from the modern kitchen with quality appliances for any chef’s holiday meal preparation. A King-size master bedroom, Queen bedroom and bathroom complete this level.
On the ground floor, you will find four additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a rumpus room with ping pong table, a spa room (5-seat Balboa Spa) and a private undercover indoor entertaining area with woodfired pizza oven! This makes for a relaxed setting, ideal for families to spend time away together.
Sleeping up to 10 guests, with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home is very well presented, with easy living across two levels. Wifi is included. All linen is supplied, but please BYO beach/spa towels.

Beautiful walking trails along the bay begin the moment you step foot outside the house.
Point Lonsdale and Ocean Grove are the closest surf beaches, check local conditions for surfing and swimming, and always play it safe by the water.
Boating, fishing, jet ski lovers are welcome too. Clifton Springs Boat Ramp is located a few minutes drive away.
Portarlington offers calm swimming conditions, which is 12 mins drive away from the property.
Public tennis court is available to be used at all times. The left hand side courts are new and free to be used by publics. You will find more details on Clifton Springs Tennis Club website.
Dining/Shopping –
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Nearest local groceries (ie. Coles, Woolworths, and restaurants) can be found at Drysdale town. A fresh seafood shop is opposite Coles.
Vintage Market shoppers should check out the Amazing Mill Market and Geelong Vintage Market where you could spend hours exploring their wares!
Getting Around:
On and off-street parking available, plus a double lock up garage. Please note the garage has a vehicle height restriction of 1.9 metres.
Clifton Springs is 1 hour 40 mins by car from Melbourne CBD.

* Please space out your shower time separately, especially at night time, to allow hot water to be reheated in time. Thank you.
* Children must be supervised at all times whilst in Spa and Spa Area.
* A starter load of firewood is provided for the Fireplace and Woodfired Oven.
* SHOES OFF upstairs please. Bring your own slippers to change. Any marks or stains left will need to be paid out of your bond/deposit.
