Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom home, situated on 2.5 acres and located just 15 minutes from State College and Penn State University. Our family home consists of 1 king bed, 1 full bed, 1 twin loft bed, and a pull out queen sofa bed. Whether you’re in town for a PSU football game, graduation ceremony, or a relaxing getaway, our property offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
The space:
Inside, you'll find a full eat-in kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals together. At the start of your stay, we will provide fresh eggs from our chickens, straight from the coop to your breakfast table! The house boasts two living rooms: one with a TV for entertainment and another without for quiet relaxation or conversation.
Our home offers three cozy and inviting bedrooms to ensure a restful stay for everyone. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an attached full bathroom for added privacy and convenience. Another bedroom offers a comfortable full-sized bed, perfect for additional guests. The child's bedroom is a delight with a unique loft "house" bed adorned with twinkle lights, creating a magical ambiance. LED lights around the room add to the playful atmosphere, and the space is stocked with books and toys to keep young ones entertained.
The finished basement adds extra space with a pull-out queen-sized couch and a convenient kitchenette, complete with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and other accessories that will make guests staying in this area more comfortable. Whether you're here for a short stay or an extended visit, our home offers all the comforts and amenities to make your stay memorable.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the basement and sunroom (including the hot tub), the backyard, and our washer and dryer.
Some rooms will be locked for our personal storage during your stay. These include one bedroom, our office, storage spaces in the basement, the master bedroom closet, and a few other closets around the home.
You will also be able to enjoy the backyard, which features an in-ground pool with a safety fence around it. If the pool is open, we will discuss its use with renters after booking (note that the pool is closed from September to May). Additionally, there is a chicken coop with three friendly chickens. While you can observe the chickens, they will remain in their coop and run for the duration of your stay.
You will be provided with a code to enter the home on the day of your stay.

There is a fenced in inground pool located on the property.
There is a sunroom with a hot tub on the property.
There are three chickens located in the backyard of the property. Chickens will be in their coop and run for the duration of your stay. You can look at chickens, but will be unable to interact with them.
We have a ring doorbell camera at the front of our home. We also have two ring cameras in the chicken coop. There is another ring camera on the pool fence looking towards the chicken coop.
