The living space covers 100 m² and includes 3 bedrooms, sleeping loft, a combined living room and kitchen, a sauna, a bathroom, a dressing room, a utility room, 2 large covered terraces, and a balcony.
Direct access to the beach from the lower floor.
The spaces are distributed across three floors:
Upper floor:
1 bedroom with a double bed and a two-seater sofa, TV, a covered balcony, and adjacent to the hallway, there are two 80 cm wide beds and another TV.
Middle floor (entrance level):
A combined living room and kitchen, a separate toilet, and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a 120 cm wide bed, and the other has a bunk bed that can be extended to 140 cm. The living room also features a 120 cm wide extendable sofa bed.
Lower floor (also accessible from outside):
A bathroom with a toilet, a sauna, a dressing room with access to the middle floor and the covered terrace outside. Additionally, there's one bedroom with two beds (80 cm and 100 cm wide), as well as a utility room equipped with a washing machine, a drying cabinet, an ironing board, and an iron.
Child safety gates are installed in the middle and upper floors, making this holiday home a secure choice for families with children. The kitchen table can be extended to accommodate 8 people, with additional chairs and stools available. A high chair is also provided. Furthermore, there is an electric car charging point in the yard, making it an environmentally friendly option for guests with electric vehicles.
