Experience a one-of-a-kind stay at Mt. Joseph, a luxurious condo in the heart of Downtown Enterprise, located in the renovated historic Litch Hotel. Designed with Western and Rodeo enthusiasts in mind, this unique space features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, large bathroom, and comfortable living area. Dog-friendly and close to local attractions like Wallowa Lake and Joseph, it's the perfect base for exploring the wonders of Wallowa County.Todd & Andy McKee, The McKee Brothers, own and operate the Litch Hotel which is part of Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals. They both live in Wallowa County, near Enterprise and are available to be onsite quickly if a need arises. Mt. Joseph is located in the historic Litch Hotel on the corner of Main Street and River Street in Downtown Enterprise. Enterprise is generally quieter and slower paced than its more famous neighbor Joseph. Many guests that stay in the Litch Hotel have noted their appreciation for this feature of the location. On the other hand Joseph is a short 10 minute drive away making it a convenient access point to the many outdoor adventures that our guests plan to enjoy during their stays. Back in the day, the Litch Hotel had 11 apartments and just one bathroom on the 2nd floor (can you imagine?! 😅), but don’t worry — times have definitely changed! Now, you’ll have your very own private bathroom and kitchen, so no awkward run-ins while you’re making that midnight snack 🍕. The entryway outside your unit is the only shared space, so feel free to get cozy and relax however you like — no one’s around to judge your Netflix binges or late-night PJs! 😎🛋️Key Features: * Spacious bedroom with king size bed* large bathroom with fully tiled shower and rain shower head* Fully equipped kitchen and small kitchen bar with seating for 2* Comfortable leather sofa and large flat screen smart tv* High-speed internet * Ample on street parking available* Allow pets for a $30/night pet fee for each pet. * Often we can accommodate early check in and late check out (up to 2 hours) for $15/hour☆☆ BEDROOM ☆☆ A comfortable king size bed awaits in along with shelves and hooks for clothing and comfortable chair and ottoman with a reading lamp. ☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆A large bathroom with tile floors and a rain shower inside a large stand up tiled shower. A hiking themed hand drawn mural adorns the wall and large sink and lit mirror provides more than enough space for make up application. ☆☆ KITCHEN, LOUNGE & DINING ☆☆The kitchen is well appointed. New appliances and new quartz countertops provide ample of food prep space. Appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker, blender and toaster help make the kitchen meet every guests needs. 16 spices and olive oil ensure your meals will be full of flavor. A small dining table by the front window along with two dining chairs allows for a comfortable dining experience using locally hand made plates, bowls and coffee cups. The kitchen opens into a living room space that provides a comfortable leather sofa facing a large HD flat screen smart TV. The living room also includes a cool chair suspended from the ceiling that guests are able to sit on.☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆The front door opens on to River Street directly across from the historical Wallowa County building. Your just a short walk away from several eating establishments and just a short drive away from the Wallowa Lake and the many outdoor opportunities that the Eagle Caps offer. There is plenty of on street parking for guests in the block surrounding the Litch Hotel. In more than a year of operating the hotel, we haven't had a guest complain about not being able to find convenient parking. 🚗 How to Get Around in Enterprise 🚗Enterprise might be small, but it's big on charm! Here’s how to make the most of your time without getting lost (not that it’s easy to do here 😄).Downtown? Just walk outside. Yep, you’re basically in the middle of it. 🏙️ Perfect for a leisurely stroll to grab a coffee or check out local shops. ☕🛍️Joseph is just a short 10-minute drive away for those wanting a taste of small-town fun or the beauty of Wallowa Lake! 🚙🌲Wallowa Lake is about 15 minutes by car, and trust us, it’s worth the trip for a day of lakeside adventures. 🛶🎣Need supplies? No worries — the grocery store is just a stone’s throw away. Perfect for stocking up on snacks or dinner essentials. 🍔🍫Parking? Easy peasy! Free parking is right outside, so no need to stress about finding a spot.Not in the mood to drive? No problem! Enterprise is totally walkable, and biking around the area is always a great idea! 🚴‍♀️🌞UNIT DETAILS & POLICIESNOISE CONSIDERATIONS:🔊NOISE CONSIDERATIONS: The Litch hotel is old and wasn’t built with modern soundproofing. You will hear sounds from adjacent units, whether above, below, or next door, as well as footsteps and movement on the stairs and in the hallways. The Litch is designed for families, couples, and friends looking for a comfortable and fun place to relax after enjoying all that Wallowa County has to offer. However, if you’re looking for a place to have a bachelor party or kegger, this isn’t the right venue. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where all guests can enjoy their stay without excessive noise from others. Most guests are consciousness which allows everyone to have a great time. Occasionally a loud knucklehead will stay next door. We ask all guests to be mindful of the noise they make especially during stated quite hours so all guests can fully enjoy their time here. While many visitors without pets have a great stay, we want to remind everyone that we cannot guarantee a dander-free environment.
