The Space:
This magnificent 2,800 sq. ft. ocean view Villa has 3BR each with its own bathroom, a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a full kitchen with appliances, a spacious TV room with flat screen TV, an additional half bath for guests and a laundry room. All bedrooms have dressing areas, pillow top mattresses and the finest Egyptian cotton bedding. Bathrooms have double sinks and Jacuzzi tubs. The villas can comfortably accommodate eight (8) adults, plus two additional adults with sofa bed, not to mention a gorgeous private oceanfront infinity pool.
You can enjoy the breathtaking scenery and beautiful ocean views of this exclusive gated resort, whether you are on vacation with family or hosting guests in any of our luxurious 3BR villas, each come with private infinity pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, maid and butler service and easy unlimited access to restaurants, bars, spa treatments and services of a five-star hotel.

Montecristo Estates is a private, secured gated community. The entire staff is fluent in English and Spanish and they treat you like royalty.
Your stay will include twice daily maid service as well as full access and room charging privileges at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Pacifica Spa Resort directly below, as well as the Pueblo Bonito Rose and Blanco located in the town of Cabo (free luxury bus takes you there). This free shuttle service is provided in air-conditioned buses to and from the PB Rose, and is provided every half hour (8-15 min to town).
The 1000 acre estate is designed around the spectacular ocean views afforded by the tiered design of the landscape overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This is the beach where the movie "Troy" was filmed.
The Sky Pool and all the other pools on the property are cleansed with an oxygenation process, not chlorine.
