The terraces include a swimming pool with sun loungers with summer kitchen and barbecue grill. The orientation of the villa ensures plenty of privacy and incredible views of the Costa Adeje Bay that will draw you in all day long. The terraces, thanks to their southern orientation, are exposed to the sun all day long. The villa consists of three floors. The ground floor contains a Green studio for comfortable accommodation of 4 people with a private shower and toilet. On the first floor you will find a really spacious living room with the fireplace and SmartTV. The room can be wonderfully connected to the terrace thanks to the large double-hung French windows. There is also a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge with filtered water and an ice maker. There is a bathroom with a toilet and a utility room with a washing machine. The spacious terrace with beautiful views is equipped with a pergola with a large dining table and gas grill. On the second floor there is a spacious bedroom with a large bathroom and toilet.
