THE PROPERTY
ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE VILLA:
There are living room, open kitchen, utility room and guest toilet with sink.
Living room has a high ceiling and skylight.
In one nook of the living room is the 102-cm-wide HD smart television.
In the big kitchen, there are a two-compartment freezer/refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle and Turkish coffee pot. There are plenty of pot and pan, dishes and utensils.
The Wifi is reliable, and extends its reach onto the terraces surrounding the house.
The villa is fully air conditioned, with units in each of the bedrooms upstairs and one larger inverter units downstairs. Each unit provides cool or warm air, as required.
There are also two floor fan.
Note that the windows and glass doors are fitted with aluminum-framed sliding screens for your comfort.
There are a washing machine, iron, ironing board, a drying rack and a hair dryer.
ON THE TOP FLOOR OF THE VILLA:
There are two bedrooms, one with a double-bed and the other with two single beds, each with a French balcony.
There is also a separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Linens are provided, and each guest has bath, and face towels.
The master bedroom has broad views to the mountains and the sea.
The second bedroom has sea and mountain views, with sliding glass doors.
OUTSIDE THE VILLA:
There are two balconies, one each in the north (very suitable area for your breakfast in the shade and dinner with sunset&sea&pool views in summer) and second in the east and all are connected to the house with double glass doors and sliding screens.
On the north side is the swimming pool, which measures 10m x 5m and has a graduated depth of 70 cm to 140 cm, for swimmers and non-swimmers. The pool area is provided with sun chaises and sun umbrellas, and is surrounded by garden, with mountain views. The pool is cleaned two times per week, and the chlorine level is checked regularly (especially as it is effective in destroying the Covid-19 virus).
The pool can be used in all seasons of the year and is regularly maintained.
You will have one private parking spaces next to your villa.
OVERVİEW
The house is situated in a newly developed rural location, next to the valley, which comprises both mountain and sea views. Towards to this valley, uninterrupted Kyrenia city view can be seen in the direction of sunset. In addition, the course of the sun setting over the sea in the same direction is insatiable. The neighbourhood a small with friendly people.
GETTING AROUND
When you drive 2 kilometers to the north from the villa, you reach the main street where you can find many markets, restaurants, cafes, casinos and hotels (Cratos, Elexus, Malpas, Acapulco). Also you can a lot of beaches 500 meters north from the street. The main street continues parallel to the shore in the east-west direction.
MAJOR CITIES:
House is located at Çatalköy in North Cyprus, distance to tree major cities, the capital Nicosia&Famagusta in 30 mins and Kyrenia 15 mins drive.
AIRPORTS:
Approximetaly, 30 mins drive from Ercan Airport (North Cyprus), 1.5 hrs from Larnaca Airport, 2 hrs from Paphos Airport. There is a shuttle bus service from each airport to capital Nicosia and from there 30 mins drive to our location.
SHOPPING&MARKETS:
There are many supermarkets nearby accessed by 5 mins driving on the high street.
BAR&RESTAURANTS:
There are many bars and restaurants on the high street within 5-10 mins drive range with friendly atmosphere, where you can have your drinks and enjoy authentic Cyprus foods.
BEACHES:
CORNARO is one of the closest beaches on the coastline, it is located 2-3 mins drive from high street.
DIANA BEACH:
2-3 mins drive from high street.
ACAPULCO Holiday willage is 7 mins drive towards east (right).
ALAGADI TURTLE NESTING BEACH: One of the three beaches where turtles lay eggs in North Cyprus, Alagadi Turtle Nesting Beaches (ATNB) is 15 kilometers away (12 mins by car) from Villa.
It is free public beach.
KORINEUM GOLF COURSE COUNTRY CLUB is 15 mins drive towards east which also has a beach.
It is 18 hole (par 72) championship course design by British golf course architect David.
ZAMBAK HOLİDAY RESORT is a 35 mins drive on your east with a nice restaurant and a public beach.
BOAT TOUR:
We can arrange for boat tour for you.
Boat tour is towards the west of Kyrenia 11:00-16:30.
They stop at three different places for swimming. Escape beach,kervansaray beach and deniz kızı beach.
They have water slide aswell.
