Included in the total price are: bed linen and kitchen towels, electricity, heating, water consumption and parking, as well as visitor's tax and final cleaning of the house. From the landlord you will receive free day tickets for the parking at the valley station of the mountain railway Motta Naluns in Scuol, winter season 6 tickets, summer season 2 tickets per week. Not included: cost for animal (Fr. 60.00 ea.) Important! The house is currently for sale. In case of a visit by an interested party, together with an employee of the estate agent Ginesta St. Moritz, the tenant must vacate and leave the house for approx. 90'.
