Welcome to this charming villa on the outskirts of Campos. It accommodates 9 people.
In the beautiful exterior areas yo can find a large garden with artificial turf, chlorine pool of 10 x 5 and a depth ranging from 0.7 to 2 m, two porches, one of them equipped with a barbecue, wood stove and an exterior kitchen.
The house of 317 m² is distributed over three floors. It has 5 bedrooms; one on the ground floor with double bed; three on the 1st floor (two of them with double bed and one with twin beds, one with en suite bathroom); and one on the 2nd floor with double bed. One of the bedrooms is also equipped with air conditioning. One cot and a highchair are available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there are three more bathrooms; two shower bathrooms on the first floor and one bath with bathtub on the ground floor. The living room is very cozy and well furnished. It features two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, and air conditioning. The dining room, decorated in a country-style has a large dining table and two wooden banks. The independent kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary utensils. A washing machine iron and ironing board are also available. There is oil central heating throughout the whole house.
The house with its surroundings is an ideal place for those looking for tranquility and peace. It is situated only 3 km from Campos, where you can fnd everything you might need for your stay: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, medical center, etc. In only 14 km you will reach one of the best beaches on the island, the beach of Es Trenc, and many more beaches and coves. In Palma, situated only 0 km away, you will find all kinds of entertainment, shopping, sightseeing, etc.
